Personal Injury Placement Scheme
Many of our commercial clients who participate in our ULR schemes wish to ensure any employees who are unfortunate enough to be injured as a result of an accident are able to access free and expert legal advice whilst at the same time distance themselves from the personal and sensitive data which is required to pursue a personal injury claim. They recognise that an employee is still entitled to the normal solicitor/client privileges in terms of confidentiality.
Whilst Johnson Law Ltd are personal injury specialists in our own right, we can also refer cases via a Personal Injury Placement Scheme whereby all ULR claims would be dealt with in-house by our expert teams and the injured party's claim would be allocated to an agreed panel of solicitors.
Once the initial introduction has been made all communications will be directly between the employee and the panel solicitors. As well as providing the employee with confidentiality Johnson Law Ltd can ensure that the corporate client ULR claims is advanced quickly and not delayed by the injury claim.
