David Johnson (Director of Operations). David is a Solicitor and also a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. David has worked for some of the largest insurance-defendant firms in the North West where he had particular interest in road traffic accidents, employers liability claims and industrial disease claims. As Director of Operations David has overall responsibility for the smooth running of the entire firm.
Louise Ryan (Head of Practice & Finance). Louise, who has had a successful career working in the North West Legal Sector since 1983 joined the practice in January 2009 to enhance the management team, her leadership skills combined with her extensive knowledge of the Solicitors Account Rules is imperative to any successful Law Firm. As Head of Practice & Finance Louise is responsible for implementing both financial and operational control to improve the firms overall infrastructure and knowledge.
Mark Johnson (Head of Personal Injury). Mark is a Solicitor and Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Mark has acted for trade union members in employers’ liability and disease litigation claims for over 25 years. Mark has also attained Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He has a particular interest in NIHL together with asbestos cases and upper limb disorders. Mark is also Head of the EL Disease Department and is in the process of expanding and progressing this side of the Practice.
Sarah Heath (Solicitor). Sarah is a Solicitor from St. Helens who qualified in 2002. She manages the office in Ashton-In-Makerfield, also known as Ashton Accident Claims. Sarah's appointment will add to the considerable depth and experience we already have in the field of personal injury and motor claims. Sarah has amassed a wealth of experience throughout her career. She can deal with claims ranging from simple strains to complex multiple injuries, resulting from accidents at work, accidents in public places and accidents involving motor vehicles. Sarah is a member of the Liverpool Law Society.
Jaffer Baker (Solicitor). Jaffer is a Solicitor from Bolton who qualified in 2008. Jaffer has extensive experience in dealing with road traffic accident claims and personal injury claims having worked in the motor claims industry since 2002. He also has extensive knowledge of credit hire claims. Jaffer has worked for some of the largest insurance-defendant and claimant firms in the country as well as insurance companies amassing a wealth of experience throughout his career. Jaffer's appointment will add to the considerable depth and experience we already have in the field of personal injury and motor claims. In his spare time, Jaffer enjoys watching most sports especially football and mixed martial arts, spending time with his family and likes to go hiking and camping.
Michael Georgiou (Solicitor). Michael is a Solicitor who qualified in 2009 following the completion of the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. Michael is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers which is an organisation committed to fighting for the rights of the injured person. Michael has extensive experience within the Personal Injury sector having worked in this area for over 10 years. Michael has a special interest in fighting for compensation for victims of work related accidents. Michael enjoys watching football and spending time with his family.
